Requirements:

Higher education in personnel management, psychology or a similar field, may be a final year student;
At least one year of experience in the field of personnel selection;
Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, both oral and written;
Good organizational and communication skills;
Ability to make decisions independently and act in a dynamic work environment.
