Business Customer Service Manager

The Business Customer Service Manager at Efectio is a strategic partner for our B2B customers. You will help companies implement a holistic approach to employee engagement using the Efectio platform, which combines data, microlearning, and gamification.

You will work with companies that want to not only "measure engagement" but also actively build it by strengthening teamwork, energy, innovation, and joy at work.

Responsibilities:
- Working with a portfolio of business clients
- Analyzing client needs and offering the most appropriate Efectio solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, support)
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Representing the value and opportunities of the Efectio platform to clients
