Customer Engagement Specialist
As a Customer Engagement Specialist in the Efectio team, you will be one of the key people helping companies create an engaged, motivated, and happy work environment using the Efectio platform.
Your work will be closely linked to Efectio's mission – to help employees better understand the company's culture, develop their potential and feel part of the team, while helping companies achieve better results with a productive workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing and potential Efectio customers
- Providing customer support for using the Efectio platform
- Understanding customer needs and providing recommendations on how to use engagement, gaming, and learning opportunities more effectively
- Collecting feedback to improve the platform
- Building long-term relationships with customers
